PLYMOUTH, MA - The National Association of Homebuilders (NAHB) has awarded The Pinehills twelve awards recognizing the community and its builders for outstanding home design and marketing as well as green building and landscaping. On January 12, 2011 at the recent Best of American Living Awards (BALA) sponsored by the NAHB, The Pinehills and its builders, including The Green Company, MacKenzie Brothers and Whitman Homes, were given national recognition for the following:

Platinum Award - Home of the Year for Fresco at The Pinehills built by The Green Company.

Platinum Award - Single Family Attached Home, Best in North Atlantic Region for Fresco at The Pinehills built by The Green Company

Gold Award - Best Green Built Home for the Beechwood with Tower at the Summerhouse Cottages built by MacKenzie Brothers (this home was the 2010 HGTV Green Home)

The highest honor of the program, the Legends Award for the 2011 Legend in Residential Marketing went to The Green Company, honoring Founder Alan Green, President Dan Green, CEO David Caligaris and Pinehills Managing Partner Tony Green.
