As Gov. Deval Patrick's campaign is trumpeting positive economic news in Cambridge (latest unemployment figure shows Cambridge (6.5 to 5.6 percent, according to the latest figures)), the CambridgeSide Galleria is celebrating its own kind of achievement: its 20 years in business, along with a lot of anecdotal stuff that shows its doing alright despite a down economy. And it's celebrating it all with a cupcake party.
