(Nantucket, MA) - The Nantucket Boat Basin, owned by Nantucket Island Resorts, has been all over the news recently for winning the Marinalife Best Transient Marina Award, and now the Boat Basin is being honored yet again as the recipient of Nantucket Race Week's Clean Harbor Award.

The award, established this year as a part of the 7th Annual Nantucket Race Week, recognizes the outstanding work and achievements of individuals, organizations, or businesses that have actively contributed to preserving and improving the water quality of Nantucket's harbors, ponds, wetlands, and watershed areas. Joining an Honor Roll of organizations, the Boat Basin received the award August 7, at the Nantucket Yacht Club.
